Matt Villalobos

Matt Villalobos is the President and COO of Grandview Communities.

Previously, as the Senior Vice President of Raintree Investment Corporation, he managed company operations across five regions and was involved in projects across six states: CA, NV, UT, ID, CO, AZ. Since 2012, Matt has entitled and obtained final engineering approvals of over 6,000 residential lots, completed over $335mm of land transactions, formed and received authorization for over $300mm of public infrastructure districts with the successful closing of +/-$75mm in bonds sales, obtained +/- $75mm of nonrecourse debt, and completed +/- $200mm of horizontal development projects. He is known for innovative design and sustainable development, strategic relationships, private-public partnerships, and deeply connecting with anyone he meets.

Rick Kraushar

Rick Kraushar serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Grandview Communities. His extensive leadership experience in the homebuilding industry includes his prior role as President of Richmond American, where he was instrumental in developing strategic business plans and establishing a highly successful home-building division in the Sacramento Region, while he played a key role in the operational management of the Bay Division.

Earlier in his career at LGI Homes, Rick advanced to the position of Regional Vice President of Acquisition, Entitlements, and Development. In this capacity, he demonstrated his expertise by successfully launching multiple divisions and managing eleven divisions across eight states: California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Utah. His extensive tenure at Shea Homes provided him with deep experience in complex multi-family and single-family master-planned communities, with a particular focus on land development, purchasing, vertical construction, and the comprehensive environmental requirements associated with both acquisition and development.
